We’re proud to share that Coterie Group, together with our Spanish partners, is creating a new investment company in Spain, set to officially launch in 2026. This vehicle will give our clients access to exciting opportunities in European real estate, development projects, and international capital markets.
2. Partnering With a Leading Spanish Realtor
To make global property opportunities more accessible, Coterie has partnered with a major Spanish real estate agency. Through this collaboration, we’ll be able to showcase properties in Spain directly on our website, giving investors and clients immediate access to listings across the Costa del Sol, Madrid, Barcelona, and beyond.
3. Supporting Local Growth: Border City Cleaning Company
Closer to home, Coterie is providing funding to Border City Cleaning Company, a local commercial cleaning business in Windsor-Essex. With this support, the company can expand its operations, create jobs, and provide reliable cleaning services for businesses across the region.
4. Three Fires Caesars (Canada) and Bloody Mary (U.S.) Beverage Launch
In partnership with our Indigenous collaborators, Coterie is preparing to launch the Three Fires Caesar beverage line in Canada, while also rolling out its U.S. counterpart, the Bloody Mary brand. These products celebrate Indigenous heritage, craftsmanship, and tradition, while tapping into the growing demand for authentic, premium ready-to-drink beverages.
5. Growth in Staffing: CPG Florida Signs New Clients
Our U.S. staffing and recruitment division, CPG Florida, continues to grow under the leadership of Managing Director Samantha Forsyth. We’re excited to announce that the company has signed several new clients, strengthening its role in helping businesses connect with skilled professionals across Florida.
6. Oil & Gas Investment: Endrum Gaining Momentum
Finally, our investment in Endrum Oil and Gas is beginning to yield results. This partnership positions Coterie in the energy and natural resources sector, with a focus on responsible development and long-term productivity.
