As Chief Operating Officer of HumanBios GmbH in São Paulo, Brazil, he led international teams to develop digital wallet technology in 2001, and as Chief Executive Officer of Standard Transactions Worldwide in the British Virgin Islands, he launched groundbreaking digital currency initiatives in 1999.

Chris’s career spans Germany, Switzerland, The Bahamas, Brazil, The British Virgin Islands, Canada, the United States, and beyond, gaining invaluable international insights. Academically, he earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from Mercy College in New York, alongside post-secondary education in Rimouski, Quebec.

With expertise in project funding, prepaid financial cards, software development, and start-ups, Chris has pioneered initiatives like Canada’s first online shopping mall, acquired by a public company. Collaborations with MasterCard Miami and RSA further highlight his contributions to gold-backed prepaid cards and banking security systems.
Now based in Tilbury, Ontario, Chris specializes in commercial mortgage funding, supporting local businesses in achieving growth. His consulting services span England, the UAE, and Spain, focusing on operational excellence and strategic development.

Committed to governance and community impact, Chris serves on several boards, including Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare in Windsor and the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) in Chatham. As a member of one public board and chair of two private boards, he continues to provide transformative leadership locally and globally.

Arman’s career journey includes a distinguished tenure in management consulting, where he excelled in launching and structuring start-ups within the financial, health services, and biotech industries. His contributions have been instrumental in taking a start-up public and securing patents and intellectual property rights for innovative solutions. Beyond start-ups, Arman has consulted with major corporations to refine supply chain operations through advanced data analytics tools such as JPM, SPSS, and Minitab.

Mickey Senic boasts over 25 years of extensive experience in Financial Markets, holding prominent roles in institutional portfolio management, hedge fund leadership, and senior trading across North American and EMEA markets. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of financial disciplines, including Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, credit markets, FX dealing, debt financing, structured products, energy markets, leveraged finance, Initial Public Offerings, market regulation, and Transaction Cost Analysis.

Mickey’s career has taken him across the globe, offering a profound understanding of international business practices through his work in Costa Rica, Canada, London, France, and the Middle East. His professional acumen includes project management, finance, export/import trade, business operations, strategy, and manufacturing. As the Founder of Global Connect Finance, Mickey oversees company strategy and P&L while delivering innovative financial solutions to businesses worldwide.

Dedicated to philanthropy, Mickey serves as VP of Operations and Strategy for Ukrainian Action, a charity that has raised over $2.5 million to fund more than 280 trucks and deliveries of humanitarian and medical aid to Ukraine. Ukrainian Action is an Official Partner of Transport for London (TFL) in transporting ULEZ vehicles under the Scrappage Scheme to Ukraine.

He holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from the University of Windsor, and his career reflects a commitment to excellence in global finance and philanthropy.

James Angumale

James Angumale holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. With an impressive career spanning over a decade, James has gained extensive experience working with leading banking institutions, including Diamond Trust Bank, Barclays Bank of Uganda, and Global Trust Bank. Throughout his career, he has held key roles such as Business Customer Advisor, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Acting Regional Manager.

James is adept at building and maintaining strong customer relationships, leveraging his deep understanding of business needs and challenges to deliver tailored financial solutions. His expertise includes identifying high-potential enterprises in need of expansion support, profiling businesses to streamline funding processes, and reducing turnaround times to ensure efficient project execution. His proficiency extends to managing complex financial structures, distressed assets, real estate investments, and energy projects.

Sebastian is the CEO and Founder of Jsr Trust SpA in Chile, where he provides advisory services in valuations, financing, and real estate. His distinguished career includes several prominent roles:
