M4 Group Holdings

The Coterie Group acted as the Financial Consultant for M4 Group Holdings as they navigated coming out of CCAA protection in late 2022. M4 operates as the landlord, a 1,000,000 ft2 multi use greenhouse in Strathroy, ON producing traditional greenhouse vegetables and cannabis. Members of the Coterie Group sit on the M4 Board of Directors as designated by the senior lender.
